Lakeside High School Sports Physical Day 2024-2025
Lakeside physicals will be held April 30th from 4pm-7pm at the school and is open to all Lakeside athletes for all sports.
Any athlete that is playing or plans to play a sport at Lakeside is eligible to participate.
This includes rising 8th graders going into their freshman year.
Atlanta Urgent Care is providing physicians to sign off on your physical.
A physical is valid for 1 year from the date of the exam. Even if your physical expires later in the year go ahead and get it done and you won't have to worry about it during your season!
Cost: $20 We will accept cash, paypal @lhstouchdownclub, or by use of card through Square.
All funds will go to Lakeside Athletics
Location: Entrance of school near weight room Things to bring: GHSA physical form.
Physical form can be found on your Dragonfly account for printing at home or can be found online at
